All animals authorized to be kept shall be confined to the premises of the owner or custodian of such animals, and it shall be unlawful for any person to allow such animals to run or fly at large, or go upon the premises of another person.
Domestic Animals
Restrictions on domestic animals include a limit to three cats and dogs within residential zoned areas, excluding puppy or kitten litters under six months old.
Livestock
Livestock are not allowed in the City, unless you have permission of the City Commission with restrictions (§91.21 D3).
