1. When are the City Commission meetings held?

City Commission meetings are typically held the first and third Monday of each month at 5:30 pm. Meetings are sometimes canceled due to holidays.

2. How do I get on the agenda?

If you have an item you wish to discuss with the City Commission, please call the City Manager’s office at (806) 655-5000 to make the request. We might have you submit a request in writing at this time.

3. How do I volunteer to serve on a City board?

If you would like to serve on a City of Canyon board or commission, please download the application and return it to the City Manager’s office, or mail it to:
