At the appropriate time, you will be un-muted in order to speak. If you do not have a microphone, then you can ask your question in the Zoom chat. Please be sure to state your name so we can verify you have submitted a Speakers Card.
The following are a few tips designed to help you understand the proceedings of the meeting.
• Those wishing to address the City Commission are asked to complete this card and submit it no later than 4:00 pm the day of the meeting.
• The Mayor will ask those wishing to address the City Commission to do so at the appropriate time. Please state your name and address for the record, and discuss the specific agenda item or topic of interest. Please direct your comments to the Mayor.
• The City Commission cannot take specific action on Citizens’ Comments due to legal posting requirements; on items not on the Regular Agenda, the City Commission may: 1. Have the item placed on a future agenda for action; 2. Refer the item to the full City Commission or a subcommittee for further study; 3. Refer the item to staff for study or conclusion.
